How to Grill a Baked Potato

Not everyone knows how to cook. To some, even the simple things  can seem so trivial.

One of my favorite summer activities is grilling. I love to cook all of my food on my grill…

Here is how to bake a potato on a grill.

How to Grill a Baked Potato…

  1. Clean potatoes
  2. Poke holes into each potato with a fork
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil
  4. Place on the top rack of grill for 45 minutes.

It’s that easy my friends!

MapMyRun: June 16 to June 22

Here is last week’s workout summary.

Picked up the slack from the last couple of weeks. Averaging 2.75 miles a workout and 18.68 minutes per mile. Still not where I would like it but its better then the last two weeks…so I will take it.

My first 5K is this weekend, The Foam Fest, so that will be exciting!

Another MapMyRun completed…I love completing these challenges. They make me feel like I’m actually accomplishing something with my running.

Okay this challenge was a little easier side. All I had to do was complete a twenty minute workout. I logged 21 workouts in this challenge.

Other MayMyRun Challenges I have completed:

MapMyRun: May 1 to May 31

In the month of May I completed 29 workouts for a total of 88.81 miles in 27.2 hours.

That is almost one workout per day. My goal for the month of June is to try to get 1.5 workouts each day. I’ve been walking at my lunch, so during the week I get my lunch workout and then I get my evening run.


Averaging 3.06 miles per workout, with a pace of 18.38 minutes per mile.

I completed two challenges in the month of May as well: Bay to Breakers & The North Face Ultra 100. And have started three more challenges! I love these challenges on this app, it really motivates me.

The North Face Ultra 100 Challenge

Another MapMyRun challenge completed. Unfortuanately due to a little bit of Achilles Tenditis I wasn’t able to meet the 100 miles in 30 day.

ultra 100 1I completed 73 miles of the 100 miles. I logged a total of 30 workouts in this challenge, that is 2.43 miles per workout at a pace of 19.34 minutes per mile. That’s kind of slow but since I had to take it easy for about a little over a week.
