MapMyRun: June 9 to June 15

Here is last week’s workout summary.

Majorly slacked this week, had a million things going and time just wasn’t on my side. Averaging 3.17 miles a workout and 19.47 minutes per mile. Still kind of high but I didn’t get any evening runs in….like I said major slacker!
