MapMyRun: May 1 to May 31

In the month of May I completed 29 workouts for a total of 88.81 miles in 27.2 hours.

That is almost one workout per day. My goal for the month of June is to try to get 1.5 workouts each day. I’ve been walking at my lunch, so during the week I get my lunch workout and then I get my evening run.

Averaging 3.06 miles per workout, with a pace of 18.38 minutes per mile.

I completed two challenges in the month of May as well: Bay to Breakers & The North Face Ultra 100. And have started three more challenges! I love these challenges on this app, it really motivates me.
