Another MapMyRun challenge completed. Unfortuanately due to a little bit of Achilles Tenditis I wasn’t able to meet the 100 miles in 30 day.
I completed 73 miles of the 100 miles. I logged a total of 30 workouts in this challenge, that is 2.43 miles per workout at a pace of 19.34 minutes per mile. That’s kind of slow but since I had to take it easy for about a little over a week.
